The Toyota app provides all you need to know about your Toyota vehicle at your fingertips. With appointment setting functionality in the Toyota app, you can easily schedule service for your Toyota vehicle in just a few minutes.

Schedule Service

To schedule service for your vehicle, scroll to the Toyota service tile on the dashboard, then tap schedule maintenance at the bottom of the tile. Please note that in order to make a service appointment through the Toyota app, the dealer must be a participating dealer. To schedule a service appointment with your preferred dealer, tap “Continue” to appointment details at the bottom of the screen; you may change your preferred dealership at any time and view that dealer’s information within the app.

Next, tap “Continue” to an appointment at the bottom of the screen. From the menu, select the repairs or services recommended for your vehicle. To see additional categories, tap “view all services“. From the all services menu, select the additional repairs or services that you would like to schedule for your vehicle. To select your service advisor, tap “please select advisor” at the bottom of the screen and then tap on their name.

Next, let your dealership know if you will need transportation assistance by tapping select transportation located in the middle of the screen. Tap an option to confirm your transportation choice. Select your appointment from one of the suggested dates and times listed or tap view all available times to select a different date and time. To set an appointment, tap on a date and time. To confirm your appointment, service advisor, and transportation needs, tap “Continue” to confirm at the bottom of the screen. Review your appointment information, and then tap confirm your appointment at the bottom of the screen. Once you’ve completed setting your service appointment, tap back to the dashboard at the bottom of the screen.
