1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AND REFUNDING

  • The buyer has paid but has not received the products.
  • Products are defective or damaged during transit.
  • Buyer received wrong products that was different with the order (wrong color, type …)
  • The product is in its original state and packaging.
  • Logo customized or name-tag engraved products are not applicable with Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. RETURNS

Return costs

We currently supports customers to receive free returns as soon as the customers receive products that do not meet their requirements.
If more than 7 days, counting from the time of receiving the goods, the customer will be responsible for all return costs.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you.

3. REFUNDS

Change your mind to purchase

In case the customer changes his mind to purchase, we will not accept a refund if you have paid for that order. We hope that customers respect the decision and receive the goods according to the original request.

Gift

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Refunds Policy

To protect the interests of customers, we will review all of the refund requests before making a decision.

In the case of delay delivery, if you would like to refund a purchased products, you must wait from 7 to 14 days (in this time, we will work with the distributor for finding out if unit conversion has any problems with your order). Afterwards, if after 14 days your order has not arrived or the order is lost, we will refund you 100% for any reason.
