Delivery Time:
- Order processing: 05-07 days
- Ship to US: 10-15 days

Return & Refund:
To protect the interests of customers. The return and refund policy below is one of Leather1993’s terms of service. We will review all of the return and refund requests before making a decision.
We are truly sorry for the delay in your order. If you want a refund, you must wait 7-14 days for us to work with the operator. We need to know if unit conversion has any problems with your order. If after 14 days your order has not arrived or the order is lost, we will refund you 100% for any reason.
Condition for returned purchase
We allow customers to return goods, and receive a refund when meeting the following requirements:
- The buyer has paid but has not received the product;
- Products are defective or damaged during transit;
- Buyer received wrong product with the ordered product; (Ex: Wrong color, size, type…)
- The product is still intact including product condition, invoice, warranty stamp
Change your mind to purchase
In case the customer changes his mind to purchase. We will not accept a refund if you have paid for that order. We hope that customers respect the decision and receive the goods according to the original request.
Return costs
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
