Firstly, logo customized or name-tag engraved products are not applicable with the Returns and Refunds Policy.

On the other hand, customers may request a product exchange or refund in the following cases:

  • The buyer has paid but has not received the products.

  • Products are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • The buyer received the wrong products compared to the original order (wrong color, type, etc.).

  • The product remains in its original condition and packaging.

In the above cases, customers must notify Leather1993.com immediately upon receipt of the goods for timely support.


2. Non-Applicable Cases for Returning and Refunding

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Customers change their mind after the order has been paid.

  • Products are damaged due to improper use or storage.

  • Products have been tampered with, modified, or altered in shape or structure compared to their original state.

  • Products lack complete accessories.

  • Logo customized or name-tag engraved products.

3. Request Timeline

  • Customers are entitled to an immediate return or exchange upon receipt if the product does not meet requirements.

  • After 7 days from the date of receipt, all return or exchange requests (if approved) will incur all associated costs.


4. Product Conditions

To be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • 100% intact and unused.

  • Complete product, including attached accessories (if any).

  • No signs of deformation, scratches, or structural changes caused by user misuse.


5. Returns

Return Costs

  • We currently support free returns for products that do not meet customer requirements immediately upon receipt.

  • If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the goods, customers will be responsible for all return costs.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • Once the returned item is received, the gift credit will be issued accordingly.


6. Refunds

Change of Mind

  • In case a customer changes their mind after payment, we do not accept refunds.

  • Customers are expected to receive the goods according to the original order.

Gifts

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Refund Policy

  • In the case of delayed delivery, customers requesting a refund must wait 7–14 days, during which we will work with the distributor to identify any delivery issues.

  • If after 14 days the order has not arrived or is confirmed lost, customers will receive a 100% refund.
